The Manhattan Solid Waste Advisory Board (MSWAB) selected projects from MCSM Activism Club and Bilingual Club students to display on LinkNYC panels in Central and West Harlem. Congratulations to all participating students, and a big thank you to Ms. Shannon Richter for coordinating MCSM’s submission to the Earth Day Youth Campaign contest.

This past weekend, our robotics team, RAMBOTS 4571, went to the NYC Regional, a FIRST Robotics Competition. Over the course of 3 days, we completed 9 qualification matches, but we did not end there. We were able to join the 1st alliance with a team from Ossining and a team from India. With this alliance we went to playoffs completing 4 semi-final matches! We got 4th place alliance!! We are so proud of our progress and can't wait to see what next year has in store for us! See one of our matches below!

Last Wednesday, we had our first Robot Reveal event, thank you to everyone who attended! Our local competition is this weekend at the Armory (216 Fort Washington Avenue), please come cheer for us Rambots 4571!!!
