Dear MCSM Families,
All students received Family Income Forms/lunch forms this week and instructions from their English teachers to ask for your help filling it out.
In addition to being a homework grade for their English class, lunch forms enable the city to provide adequate funds to the school based on the income and needs of the student population. It is because of those funds that MCSM is able to provide programs like SAT prep courses, freshman seminar, after-school clubs, tutoring, and many other services that make our school the supportive and vibrant community that it is.
In order to submit the form, you must either check the "I do not want to share my information" box on either the online or physical form or enter an income amount in the provided.
If you do choose to do the online version of the form, please do so at myschoolapps.com and provide your student with a screenshot to send to their English teacher as proof.
