On the evening of January 5th, recent MCSM graduate, Daren Manning (2023) was honored for his achievement of obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout. Some of Daren’s MCSM teachers, Ms. Diaz, Ms. Drmacich, Mr. Espinosa and Ms. Lebron were able to celebrate Daren’s achievement. Eagle Scout is the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America. Since its inception in 1911, only four percent of Scouts have earned this rank after a lengthy review process. Only one US President has achieved the rank so far - the late President Gerald Ford.
