MCSM’s college office mission is to provide every graduating student with the greatest quantity and finest quality of college choices. MCSM ensures this through a multiple pathway program which students can modify to match their own needs and abilities. Choices become available in the college selection process when student empowerment and parental participation are coordinated with school guidance.

Naviance ↗ is the system used by MCSM to send student college applications to Common App. This system is connected to the Common App college application system during grade 12 only. Students are registered for their Naviance accounts during their grade 9 spring term and will use this account through graduation. Students will use this system to build their college resume. Over four years at MCSM, students are assigned grade specific tasks in Naviance as follows:
